Meditation: The Twofold Creation, Below and Above

Meditation: The Twofold Creation, Below and Above

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Imagine yourself standing at the threshold of Eden, where heaven meets earth. You are neither above nor below, but between. The veil is thin.

Invocation (Eden: Where the Heavens meet the Earth)

Say silently or aloud:

Hear O Israel, The LORD is our Elohim, The LORD is One.

“I am the creation. I come before You, O Creator, to pass through the veil and see You in me, as I am Your creation. Amen, Amen, and Amen.”

Meditation (The Garden Within)

As you breathe in, imagine the Ruach Elohim, the Divine Breath, moving upon the waters. Let it enter your lungs. Let it stir the depths of your soul. With each exhale, release chaos and disorder. With each inhale, receive light and divine order.

The earth was empty, and chaos filled her… I, the eternal Adam Kadmon was brooding upon the face of the waters… and Ruach Elohim moved upon the face of the waters.”

Say silently:

I receive the Breath of Elohim. I am shaped by divine intention.”

Visualize the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil rooted within you. The Tree of Life reaches up into the heavens; its fruit is joy, wisdom, and oneness. The Tree of Knowledge dives into experience, polarity, choice, and accountability. Both trees are sacred. Both are within you.

Of every tree you may freely eat… but of the Tree of Knowledge… thou mayest choose, yet I forbid…”

Ask yourself:

Where do I seek life today? Where do I seek understanding?”

Feel the divine image within you, both masculine and feminine, both spirit and dust, both breath and body. Let go of shame. Let go of fragmentation. Be as Adam and Ishshah: naked, unashamed, dwelling in the Presence.

Let us make humanity in our image, after our likeness… male and female created we them.”

Declaration of Divine Identity

Whisper inwardly:

I am the image of the Yachad Yachid Echad. I am the place where heaven and earth embrace. I am the temple of the Yachad Yachid Echad. I am divine likeness in living motion. I am whole.”

Let this moment linger.

Mystical Affirmation

Repeat slowly, breathing with rhythm. Let it become a holy song:

Heaven breathes in me. Earth roots in me. Above and below are one. As the branches grow upward, the roots deepen into the earth, and I am the soil between. I am spirit, and I am flesh, and I am One in Thee.”

Repeat 3–7 times, until you feel centered in this truth.

Closing Prayer

Say the following as a sealing prayer:

O Divine Unity, Creator of All Worlds, Who Spoke and It Was So: I turn to You now with reverence and longing.

“O Ahyeh Asher Ahyeh, Who is above and within and below: May Your image be restored in me. May I live into the fullness You imagined from the beginning. May I remember who I was before the veil, and become again what I was always meant to be.

“Root me in Your creation, and anchor me in the soil of Eden. Let the mist rise from within me. Let the rivers part and nourish the garden of my becoming. Bless me to remember that I am made in Your image, both the dust of the earth and the flame of heaven. So may it be below, as it is above. In Jesus name, so mote it be: Amen and amen.
