This is a meditation for oneness, and if needed for protection. Sit in stillness. Place yourself spiritually upon the high mountain where Moses talked to the Creator. Breathe deeply. Inhale the Spirit (Ruach), exhale the noise of the world.
Invocation (HaShem, The Divine Name)
When you are ready, pray silently or aloud:
Yachad Yachid Echad, Elohim Shaddai, El Olam, Aleph Tav: come, rest upon me through Ruach HaKodesh, the Holy Breath. I am here. I come before You, El Olam, as Moses came, to see, to hear, to be transfigured. Help me, Yachid, as I seek oneness with You, with Your creation. Help me Elohim Shaddai, to see as You see, love as You love, and serve as You serve. So mote it be: Amen, and Amen.
Visualize a great light descending from above, the Or En Sof, the Infinite Light of Christ, gently clothing your soul in the Oneness of God.
Meditation (Inner Fire)
Close your eyes. In your mind, see the fire of the burning bush, yet the bush is not consumed. As you approach it, hear the words of the Creator:
You are my child. Created in the image of the Yachad. My Glory is upon you, for you have been transfigured in Me. Look, and know: All things are before Me. There is no other Creator but Me.”
Picture the Tree of Life before you. At the top: Keter (Crown), I AM BECAUSE I AM. At the center: Tif’eret (Beauty), the Yachad, full of grace and truth. At the bottom: Malkhut (Kingdom), the physical world, your body, filled with the Holy Spirit. Let the Light of Keter descend into Malkhut, through Tif’eret, sanctifying all.
Let this revelation enter your soul. Feel your own divine likeness restored through the Oneness of God. Know who you are and whose you are. Let this powerful truth resonate in meditation for 5 to 10 minutes.
Shielding (Sacred Protection)
When you or loved ones are in need of protection, place your right hand to the square and say the following prayer:
O LORD: I seek Your guidance in all things, Your Breath in discerning between light and darkness, between the Holy and the profane. I will not be deceived by the voice of the Accuser. I will not bow to that which bears no glory.
“I cast out all evil, all that would seek to do harm. In the name of Jesus the Christ, get thee behind me, Satan! By the power of HaShem Yeshua HaMashiach (the Name Jesus the Christ), so mote it be: Amen and amen.”
Clothe yourself in the light of Christ. See the darkness flee. You are surrounded by angelic presences. The Accuser has no power here. You are in the Divine Oneness. You are not alone.
Declaration of Divine Identity
Read quietly or in your mind:
I am a child of the Elohim. I was formed by the Word, in the image of the Yachad Yachid Echad. Teshuvah is my power. I return. I remember. I rise.”
Repeat this 3 times slowly, breathing between each line.
Mystical Affirmation
Whisper or chant:
Blessed be the Name of my Creator. The Glory of Elohim is light and life to me. The Voice speaks stillness. The Glory rests still. I am
filled with the presence of Avinu in the Presence, the Shekinah. As I stand in Her wisdom I speak:
“Hear O Israel: The LORD is our Elohim. The LORD is One.”
Remain in silence. Let the Spirit move upon your mind and heart.
Closing Blessing (Abide with Me)
Raise your hands and pronounce:
May the Glory of Elohim Shaddai abide with me. May the Shekinah walk with me. May the Ruach HaKodesh sanctify me. May the Yachid unify me. As I walk in the power of HaShem, the Name: Ahyeh Asher Ahyeh, from this world into the world to come, so mote it be in the name of Jesus: Amen and amen”
